Patt Shea - Founding Member of CIMA

Patt Shea and her husband of 59 years, director Jack Shea (who passed in 2013), were Founding Members of CIMA. From 1977-1992, Patt was a busy television screenwriter and story editor working on shows such as "All in the Family", "Archie Bunker's Place", "Lou Grant", "Valerie", "Cagney & Lacey", "In The Heat of The Night", and "Bagdad Café", among others. Her work on "All in the Family" and "Archie Bunker’s Place" earned her three nominations for the Humanitas Prize given to writers.

In 2002, CIMA honored Patt and Jack with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
