Sr. Rose Pacatte, FSP - President

Sr. Rose Pacatte is founding director of the Pauline Center for Media Studies in Culver City, California. She has an M.Ed. in Media Studies from the University of London (UK) and a Certificate in Pastoral Communications from the University of Dayton. Her primary work is media literacy education for parents and teachers within the context of culture, education, and faith formation.

Sr. Rose is the film columnist for St. Anthony Messenger Magazine and the National Catholic Reporter. Her video reviews are available online at "The INNdustry with Sr. Rose" and her blog is "Sister Rose at the Movies" (now hosted by Patheos.com). Sr. Rose's most recent books are "Martin Sheen: Pilgrim on the Way" and "The Way: a Cinematic Retreat Guide."

In March 2016, Sr. Rose hosted the "Condemned" series on Turner Classic Movies and, in April 2016, she introduced two films -- "The Song of Bernadette" and "King of Kings" -- during the Turner Classic Movies Film Festival in Hollywood.
